We are excited to share that we’ve been recognized as a 2023 Indy Star Top Workplace.
The award is based on employee feedback results captured by the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-backed engagement survey driven by the industry’s most robust benchmarks built on data captured from over 27 million employees at more than 70,000 organizations across the past 16 years.

Kristy Hensley, Ren’s Chief People Officer, stated, “Ren is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a Top Workplace in 2023, which is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication. Hensley laid out three key elements that distinguish Ren as a Top Workplace in 2023:
