Registration fees help us cover costs for the meeting rooms and meals. This includes room rental, technical and AV equipment at the facility, meals, and group social events.

The iPhi Users Group Conference is planned for Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing.  

The iPhi Users Group Conference is not offering a virtual option this year. 

  • Early Bird Registration (ending January 31st, 2025) – $495 
  • Regular Registration (ending March 9th, 2025) – $595 
  • Late Registration – $695 

The deadline to register online for the iPhi Users Group Conference is Monday, March 24th, 2025.  

Yes – please reach out to your iPhi representative.   

No- unfortunately we will be incurring costs and cannot cancel your registration.  We can however transfer it to another member of your team.   

You may bring a guest to the iPhi Users Group Conference. However, if they would like to attend any of the sessions, meals, or social events your guest will need to register for the event.  

You can make, modify, or cancel your reservation online here. Your reservation at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel must be secured on or before Sunday, February 23rd.  

The dress code for the iPhi Users Group Conference is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers for your comfort in air-conditioned meeting rooms.

The health and safety of our guests, employees, and the local community is our highest priority during the iPhi Users Group Conference. During your visit, the iPhi Users Group Conference Planning Team is committed to maintaining clean and personal protection protocols as recommended by the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel as well as the local city guidelines. The Planning Committee will monitor the status of COVID-19 as it relates to the conference in March 2025.  

The nearest airport is the Indianapolis International Airport (IND), which is 29 miles from the Sheraton.  

Indianapolis offers many ground transportation options for your commute to the hotel and around the city. Car rentals, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all easy to book and use.  

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing has onsite parking spaces for guests and visitors.  

Indianapolis in March has an average high of 50° F, and an average low is 31° F.
